Gai

Fist Gai is a human ranger and a member of the Flaming Fist. He is at Wyrm's Crossing in Act Three.

Involvement

Gai is stationed together with  Fist Shah,  Blaze Elin and three  Steel Watchers at the bridge leading from Wyrm's Crossing into Wyrm's Rock Fortress. They guard the entrance and prevent anyone from going into the fortress (and, by extension, the Lower City of Baldur's Gate) except those who have decent reason to pass. Gai refuses to discuss anything with the party, sending them to Elin to try and be allowed to pass.

After gaining access into Wyrm's Rock Fortress (whichever way available), Gai treats the party as citizens eligible to cross their checkpoint in any direction.
