Ironhand Grenadier is a summonable ally during Confront the Elder Brain if the party completes Avenge the Ironhands.

Involvement

Ironhand Grenadier can be summoned with the  Gather Your Allies variant,  Ironhand Grenadiers, if the player completes Avenge the Ironhands by either siding with Wulbren or by persuading Barcus Wroot to take over leadership of the Ironhands.
