Involvement

Act Three

Bubbs is near the main entrance of Basilisk Gate Barracks in the Lower City. Alongside  Asparagus Mhallie,  Drussuvissill and  Ploughman Zakk, the farmers are distraught that they must turn over their livestock to  Kuthbert, who is enforcing  Enver Gortash's decrees.

If Gortash is defeated, Bubbs as well as the rest of the farmers leave, and cannot be found or interacted with again.
