Martial Arts: Deft Strikes is a Monk passive feature that raises the minimum damage dealt with Monk Weapons and unarmed attacks to 1d4
Bludgeoning.
Description
Attacks with Monk Weapons and unarmed attacks deal 1d4Bludgeoning damage, unless their normal damage is higher.
How to learn
Classes:
- Class level 1: Monk
Used by creatures: Gish'ra (caster), Gish'ra (melee), Lir'i'c, Lord Amber's Bodyguard, Mask of Terror, Orpheus, Phase, Strangler Luke, Way of the Profane Ki, and Zelrin
Notes
- At Monk Level 3, the damage increases to 1d6Bludgeoning
- At Monk Level 9, the damage increases to 1d8Bludgeoning
- Monk Weapons will deal whatever damage type they normally are, not bludgeoning. For example, a level 9 Monk will deal 1d8
Piercing damage with a shortsword.
