Danis

Danis is one of the tiefling refugees seeking shelter at the Emerald Grove in Act One. He is married to Bex Bex.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

Danis is usually with Bex at X: 165 Y: 550. If the party interact with him, he shares some of his hopes and dreams for Baldur's Gate. Before arriving at the Grove, he was employed by his father-in-law as a caravan but quit on his third day.

If the party decide to Raid the Grove Raid the Grove, Danis can be found hiding in the Secluded Chamber with other tieflings. If he survives Defeat the Goblins Defeat the Goblins, he and Bex will join the celebration at the party's Campsite.

If the party travel to the Mountain Pass or Shadow-Cursed Lands before resolving Kagha Kagha's ritual the Rite of Thorns, the tieflings will be expelled from the Grove and Danis' corpse can be found among the pile of refugees near the bridge to the Blighted Village.

Act Two[edit | edit source]

If Danis survives through Act One, Bex will reveal to the party at the Last Light Inn that Danis was captured. He can be rescued as part of Rescue the Tieflings Rescue the Tieflings.

If Danis was not freed from Moonrise Towers before dealing with the Aylin Nightsong, his corpse can be found in the Oubliette, together with the corpses of all the other prisoners.

Act Three[edit | edit source]

If rescued in Act Two, Danis can be found with the other refugees in Rivington near the Requisitioned Barn.
