Haste is a level 3 transmutation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to allow their allies to become 
Hastened.
Description
Target yourself or an ally to become Hastened. The creature has a +2 bonus to 
Armour Class, 
Advantage on Dexterity 
Saving throws, its Movement Speed is doubled, and can take one additional Action per turn.
When the condition ends, the creature becomes 
Lethargic.
Properties

Concentration
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Hastened
Hastened 
Duration: 10 turns
- Target gains +2 to Armour Class and Advantage on Dexterity Saving throws.
- Target's Movement Speed is increased by 9 m / 30 ft.
- Target gains an additional
Action. - When the condition ends, target becomes Lethargic and is unable to move or take Actions for 1 turn.
Condition: Lethargic
Lethargic Duration: 1 turn
Consumed by exhaustion in the aftermath of

Notes
- WARNING: Do not have a character cast a second Concentration spell while they are concentrating on Haste. The Haste effect will end early, the character will still be affected by Lethargic, and the second Concentration spell will misfire; the effect will not happen but you will still spend the spell slot.
- Circle of the Land Druids who choose the Arctic or Grassland Land at level 5 learn this spell automatically.
- Warlocks with the
Pact Boon can cast this spell once per Long Rest once they receive Deepened Pact at level 5. - Granted by
Darkfire Shortbow.
