Haste

Haste is a level 3 transmutation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to allow their allies to become Hastened.

Description

Target yourself or an ally to become Hastened. The creature has a +2 bonus to  Armour Class, Advantage on Dexterity Saving throws, its Movement Speed is doubled, and can take one additional Action per turn.

When the condition ends, the creature becomes Lethargic.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

• Target gains +2 to  Armour Class and Advantage on Dexterity Saving throws.
• Target's Movement Speed is increased by 9 m / 30 ft.
• Target gains an additional Action.
• When the condition ends, target becomes  Lethargic and is unable to move or take Actions for 1 turn.

How to learn

Classes:

• Class Level 5: Sorcerer , and Wizard

• Class Level 6: College of Lore Bard (via Magical Secrets subclass feature)

• Class Level 9: Oath of Vengeance Paladin

• Class Level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets class feature)

Notes

• Circle of the Land Druids who choose the Arctic or Grassland Land at level 5 learn this spell automatically.
• Warlocks with the Pact of the Tome Pact Boon can cast this spell once per Long Rest once they receive Deepened Pact at level 5.
• Granted by Gontr Mael. Recharge: Long rest
• Granted by Darkfire Shortbow. Recharge: Long rest
