Tasha's Hideous Laughter is a level 1 enchantment spell. It allows spellcasters to send a targeted creature into a fit of laughter, falling Prone.
Description
Leave a creature Prone with laughter, without the ability to get up.
The creature must have an Intelligence of 5 or more.
The target can try to shake off the effect each time it takes damage.

Hideous Laughter 
Duration: 10 turns
- Can't move or take

Disadvantage on 
Strength and Dexterity saving throws. - Attacks against a Prone creature have
Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature. - At the end of its turn or when it takes damage, the entity can try to shake off the effect.

- Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer of Copper (Acid) Ancestry learns this spell automatically.
- Despite the claim made in the spell's description, a creature affected by Hideous Laughter is not technically considered Prone for the purposes of interactions with other mechanics. For example, Hook Horrors may Multiattack a Prone target, but not a target affected by Hideous Laughter.
