Involvement

Flan is participating in the funeral of  Holli Dylford with other Umberlee followers on the ground floor of the Water Queen's House in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate.

Attacks and abilities

 Brace (Ranged) ()   –  Heavy Crossbow +1

Spend ⁠6 m / 20 ft of your movement. For the rest of your turn, roll ranged damage twice and use the highest result.

 Recharge: Short rest

 Entangle ( + )

Vines sprout from the ground, turning it into  Difficult Terrain and possibly  Entangling creatures within.

Entangled creatures cannot move. An ally can use its help action to try and tear away the vines.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

 Ice Knife ( + )

Damage: 3~22

1d10⁠Piercing

+ 2d6⁠Cold

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold damage to anyone nearby. It leaves an  Ice surface. On miss, the shard of ice still explodes.

This spell can be cast while you are  Silenced.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

 Main Hand Attack ()   –  Dagger

Damage: 4~7

1d4 + 3⁠Piercing

Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ft

Stab an enemy and possibly inflict  Gaping Wounds.

Undead and Constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.

Deal regular damage and possibly inflict  Gaping Wounds which cause extra damage on attacks.
