Justiciar Crusader Owltalon is a high elven character found in the Cloister of Sombre Embrace.

Involvement

Owltalon is a Justiciar Crusader for Shar and, as such, possesses respectable combat prowess.

Combat

Owltalon uses  Subsume Shadow to enter his  Umbral Form, empowering his attacks with an extra 1d8⁠⁠Necrotic and making him immune to non-magical damage. This lasts until death. Although the Umbral Form passive grants an extra attack, it does not stack with Owltalon's existing  extra attacks.

Possibly drain a target's hit points by 2d8. The target dies if its hit points are reduced to 0.

 Overwhelming Grief ()

Damage: 2~12

1d8⁠Necrotic

+ 1d4⁠Necrotic

The Justiciar strikes at their foe's brain with pure malice, inflicting  Call of the Dark Lady

 Range: 6 m / 20 ft

 Subsume Shadow ()

The Justiciar assumes their  Umbral Form.
