If the player character refuses to hand over Shadowheart, Lamona fights alongside Mother Superior Viconia DeVir. Like the other Sharran Fidelians, she is primarily a spellcaster, and douses the battlefield in darkness to debuff the party.
If Shadowheart remains loyal to Shar in Act Two, she has an option to expose Viconia's disobedience to their goddess. The followers of Shar inside the cloister then turn on Viconia, except for Lamona, who – together with Baxta, Fredrichk, Hendly, Hyrald and Imwise – remain loyal to her.
When the battle begins, Lamona is the only one of all the sharrans who has the condition Temporarily Hostile. Therefore, if she is defeated with non-lethal attacks during the battle, she becomes neutral after a long rest and can then be spoken with.
Prevent the target from healing until your next turn. The target cannot help Downed characters. An undead target receives Disadvantage on Attack Rolls.
Create a cloud of magical darkness that Heavily Obscures and inflicts Blind to creatures within. Creatures cannot make ranged attacks into or out of it.
