Condition	Effects
Blinded	The affected creature has Disadvantage on Attack rolls. The affected creature's range of attacks and spells reduced to 3 m / 10 ft. Attack rolls against affected creatures have Advantage.
Blinded	The affected creature has Disadvantage on Attack rolls. Ranged attacks and spells of the affected creature have a range of 3 m / 10 ft. Attack Rolls against affected creatures have Advantage. At the end of each turn, the affected creature makes a Constitution saving throw. If successful, the condition is removed.
Blindness	The affected creature has Disadvantage on Attack rolls. Ranged attacks and spells of the affected creature have a range of 3 m / 10 ft. Attack Rolls against affected creatures have Advantage. At the end of each turn, the affected creature makes a Constitution saving throw. If successful, the condition is removed.
Colour Spray	Has Disadvantage on Attack rolls. Range of attacks and spells reduced to 3 m / 10 ft. Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have Advantage.
Miasmic Mists Aura	At the start of Cazador's turns, this creature may become  Blinded and take 3~18Necrotic while within 4 m / 13 ft of the vampire.
Stricken With Blinding Sickness	Fingernails of searing pain dig into the affected entity's eyes. It has Disadvantage on Wisdom Checks and Saving throws, and is also Blinded.
Stricken with Malice	Affected entity is Blinded and Poisoned. Has Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and its range of attacks and spells is reduced to 3 m / 10 ft. Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have Advantage. Suffers Disadvantage on Ability Checks.
Void Cloud	Becomes  blinded and suffers 2d8Cold damage at the end of the turn.

Condition	Effects
Acid	Reduces  Armour Class by 2.
Assassin's Blood	Creature must succeed a Constitution Saving throw or take 1d12Poison and get Poisoned until the next Long Rest. On a successful save, it still takes half damage.
Auntie Ethel's Special Brew	The affected creature takes 2d6Poison at the start of every turn until passing a DC 13  Constitution saving throw.
Brewed-Up Bellyglummer	Suffers Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks Affected entity takes 1d6Poison damage at the end of its next turn.
Burning	Takes 1d4⁠⁠Fire damage per turn. CANNOT be removed with the  Help action, using a Healing Type Potion or gaining  Wet.
Burning	Takes 1d4Fire damage per turn. Can be removed with the  Help action, using a Healing Potion or gaining  Wet. Immune from if  Wet.  Dip action can be used on Burning characters or objects.
Burning Acid	The hatchery waters burn through all those who'd intrude upon it.
Burning Fiercely	Takes 1d10Fire damage per turn.
Caustic Brine	Takes 1d4Acid damage per turn.
Chilled	Affected entity is vulnerable to Cold damage and resistant to Fire damage. Applying  Wet to a chilled entity will make it  Frozen for Duration: 1 turn.
Cloudkill	While it remains in the cloud, affected entity takes 5d8Poison damage every turn.
Constricted	Affected entity can't move. Attack rolls against it have Advantage, while its attack rolls and Dexterity Saving throws have Disadvantage. The entity takes 2d6 + 2 (4~14) Piercing and 1d4 (1~4) Necrotic per turn. Can be removed by  Help.
Difficult Terrain	Movement Speed halved
Difficult Terrain: Vines	Movement speed halved.
Drenched	Your melee attacks inflict  Wet on the target.
Electrocuted	Takes 1d4Lightning damage at the start of each turn.
Entangled	Cannot move. Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage, while the creature's Attack Rolls and Dexterity Saving throws have Disadvantage.
Enwebbed	Cannot move. Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage, while the creature's Attack Rolls and Dexterity Saving throws are rolled with Disadvantage.
Green Bed Regeneration	When starting your turn on Plant Growth Surface or  Vine Surface regain 1d4⁠⁠hit points hit points.
Haste Spores	Target gains +2 to  Armour Class and Advantage on Dexterity Saving throws. Target's Movement Speed is doubled. Target gains an additional  Action.
Holy Fire	Takes 1~4Radiant damage per turn.
Icy Cloud	A sheet of frigid air dealing 10d6Cold to all that walk through it. Affected entities can make a DC 16  Constitution saving throw to take half damage instead.
Infernal Burning	Takes 1d4Fire damage per turn. CANNOT be removed with the  Help action, using a Healing Type Potion or gaining  Wet. The entity affected cannot regain Hit Points
Melting	Takes 10d6Fire damage per turn.
Noxious Fumes	Affected entity takes 1d4Poison each turn. It must succeed a DC 15  Constitution saving throw or take an additional 2d4Poison, taking half damage in a success.
Oily Sup	Suffers Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks.
Plant Growth	The ground is covered with plants and weeds. Movement Speed is quartered.
Poisoned	Suffers Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks.
Poisoned	Suffers Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks. Ends on a successful DC 11  Constitution saving throw at the end of the turn.
Poisoned	Deals 3d6Poison per turn Suffers Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks. At the beginning of the turn, makes a DC 13  Constitution saving throw to end the condition on success.
Poisoned	Suffers Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks. Inflicts 3d6Poison every turn until a successful DC 13  Constitution saving throw.
Poisonous Fumes	Takes 1d4Poison damage per turn. Suffers Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and Ability Checks.
Regeneration	The Wood Woad regains 10hit points if it walks through a vine surface, unless it recently took Fire damage.
Roiling Hellfire	6d6 (6~36) Fire Flames from the heart of Avernus engulf this entity, inflicting 6d6Fire damage per turn.
Selune's Blessing: Moonsnare	Movement speed halved.
Shadow-Cursed Vines	Affected entity can't move and takes 1-4NecroticDRS damage per turn. Attack Rolls against it have Advantage, while its Attack Rolls and Dexterity Saving throws have Disadvantage.
Sickly	Feeling extremely off - suspiciously so.
Spike Growth	Take 2d4Piercing for every 1.5 m / 5 ft moved on the spikes.
Stench of Death	Affected entity reeks of decaying matter, a sour greenish smell like a waft of unkept tombs.
Sword Spider's Haste	Affected entity has a +2 bonus to  Armour Class, Advantage on Dexterity Saving throws, its Movement Speed is doubled, and it can take one additional Action per turn.
Weavebound Vines	Vines crafted from the very Weave itself - a most unorthodox enchantment. Incapacitates the affected entity. Dispelled when the entity is attacked.
Wet	Immune to  Burning and  Wild Magic: Burning. Resistant to Fire damage. Vulnerable to Lightning and Cold damage.
