Nine-Fingers' bodyguards all have the Thief Rogue passive Fast Hands, even if they are not rogues.
Summonable as an ally through Gather Your Allies variant Guildmaster Keene's Fixers, if the party completed Aid the Underduke and sided with the Guild.
