Lady Lockjaw is a member of the Ladies Court, one of Nine-Fingers' elite bodyguards and part of the Guild.[1]

Lockjaw is in the Guildhall during Act Three.

Lady Lockjaw can be summoned as an ally through Gather Your AlliesGather Your Allies variant Guildmaster Keene's FixersGuildmaster Keene's Fixers, if the party completes Aid the UnderdukeAid the Underduke and sides with the Guild. If she does not survive the battle against the Zhentarim or dies for any other reason, she is replaced by Lady AgueLady Ague.
