Fishbait Arno

Fishbait Arno is a gnome member of the Zhentarim that can be found in the Guildhall, during Act Three.

Involvement

Arno can be found in the Guildhall. When  Roah Moonglow,  Boss Friol, or  Trinoda attempts to take over the Guildhall, Arno joins the fight alongside his Zhentarim allies against the Guild. Siding against the Zhentarim ends in Arno's demise, or in his disappearance if he is knocked out.

Arno can be summoned with  Gather Your Allies variant  Black Fist Enforcers, if the party completed ⁠Aid the Underduke and sided with the Zhentarim.

Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ft

Damage: 5~12

Stab an enemy and possibly inflict  Gaping Wounds.

Undead and Constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.

Damage: 6~18

1d8 + 4⁠Piercing

+ 1d6⁠Weapon

Deal an extra 1d6 damage to a foe you have Advantage against.

Also works if you have an ally within 1.5 m / 5 ft of the target and you don't have Disadvantage.

Damage: 4~7

1d4 + 3⁠Weapon

Target an enemy's hands with a non-lethal attack and possibly inflict  Weak Grip.

Creatures without weapons can't have Weak Grip.
