Elemental Augmentation is a passive feature which adds damage to the caster's elemental cantrips.
Description
When one of your cantrips deals Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, or Thunder damage, add your Spellcasting Modifier to the damage dealt.

Notes
- Elemental Augmentation does not actually check for dealt damage matching one of the listed elements, but rather checks for a matching
DamageTypeflag. However, added elemental damage (such as from sources like Lightning Charges) does not count as originating from the cantrip, which results in no functional difference between the two methods. - Elemental Augmentation stacks with the Elemental Affinity: Damage feature for most Draconic Bloodline Sorcerers (though not those with green dragon ancestry, as this item doesn't improve Poison damage). In this case, the Charisma modifier will be added to the damage of the relevant cantrips twice.
- Elemental Augmentation does not work on non-elemental damage cantrips like Eldritch Blast, even if they deal additional elemental damage from effects like Lightning Charges or Phalar Aluve: Shriek.
- When multiclassing, Elemental Augmentation uses the spellcasting ability modifier of the last class added and not the spellcasting ability of the class which granted the cantrip.
- The minimum additional damage is 1, even if the character's spellcasting ability modifier is 0 or negative.
- Hellflame Cleave deals two instances of damage which both receive the bonus damage from Elemental Augmentation.
