Notes
- This action does not count as a spell and cannot be used with Split Enchantment.
- Only the initial application of this effect has a saving throw. Maintain Hypnotic Gaze will extend the duration without requiring additional saving throws.
- Under certain conditions, this action does not break Sanctuary, such as being out of combat or being Invisible, though it will end invisibility. This can allow an enchantment wizard to use hypnotic gaze much more safely than otherwise.
