The Decrepit Village is a location in Act One. It is located in the Underdark, adjacent to the Ebonlake. This area also serves as the access point to the Grymforge via the skiff at the dock.

Overview

This village was once home to the ironhand gnomes, but is now uninhabited. The corpses of duergar slavers and the deep gnomes they came to take can be found strewn across the beach.

Decrepit Village

This village is the previous home of Deep Gnomes, who were attacked by Duergar. Wulbren's diary can be found here, as well as several invisible duerger slavers.

Beach

The beach at the Decrepit Village contains a Zurkhwood Skiff that serves as the access point to the Grymforge area.

Grymforge

Main article: Grymforge

The Grymforge can be accessed through taking the skiff at the beach. Note that after entering the Grymforge, long resting twice will automatically fail two quests that occur in the area, so it may be worthwhile resting before travelling.
