Mask of Terror is a human member of Auntie Ethel's flock. He is encountered in the Overgrown Tunnel alongside the Mask of Regret, Mask of Vengeance, and Mask of Servitude.

Like the other Masks, the Mask of Terror is initially hostile by virtue of wearing a Whispering Mask, placing him under the charming effect of .
