Decrepit Sanctuary is a Location within Sunlit Wetlands in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is a secluded island with a massive tree stump in the center, infested with Ancient Mud Mephits and Wood Woads.
Overview
Following the quest Investigate Kagha will lead the party here where evidence of her conspiracy with the Shadow Druids can be discovered, though it can be discovered through exploration. To reach the Sanctuary, a chain of small islands must be across. At the main island, the party will likely be attacked by the Mephits and Woads living there. The island has plenty of Difficult Terrain because of deep water and mud, which the Mephits will add onto through their attacks or deaths, along with patches of vines that can possibly result in being .
Despite the island being quite barren, there are a few magical items here.
