Flurry of Blows: Stagger is a Way of the Open Hand Monk class action. It is an enhanced variant of Flurry of Blows Flurry of Blows that will stagger the target, preventing it from using Reactions.

Description

Punch twice in quick succession and Stagger Stagger the target, making it unable to take Reactions.
