Flurry of Blows: Topple is a Way of the Open Hand monk class action. It is an enhanced variant of  Flurry of Blows that can potentially knock a target  Prone.

Punch twice in quick succession and potentially knock the target  Prone.

• The affected creature cannot move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions, and has  Disadvantage on  Strength and Dexterity Saving Throws.
• Attacks against a Prone creature have  Advantage if made within 3 m (10 ft) of the creature.
• A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
  • A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m (5 ft) of Movement Speed to stand up.

Notes

• The  Saving Throw for this attack is rolled against the attacker's Weapon action DC given by:

Weapon action DC = 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Strength or Dexterity modifier

• The  Saving Throw is rolled when the second punch lands. If it misses, the target cannot be knocked  Prone even if the first punch lands.
• This attack is equivalent to two  Unarmed Strikes and is affected by everything that applies to normal unarmed attacks.
• This attack does not trigger  Extra Attack since it does not use an  Action.
• Additional sources of  Bonus Action such as  Wholeness of Body or  Fast Hands may be used to execute this attack multiple times per turn.
