Fist Healer Syllving is stationed in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Fist Healer Syllving can be found patrolling the area outside of Facemaker's Boutique. If the party attempt to speak with Syllving, the narrator states that the guard is busy with their patrol and has no time for idle chatter.
