Inciting Howl is an action available to Wildheart Barbarians with the Rage: Wolf Heart Rage: Wolf Heart bestial heart. This ability allows them to use their wolf-like anger to increase their allies' movement speed.

Description

Each ally within earshot can move an additional 10ft/3m during their next turn.
