Inciting Howl

Inciting Howl is a Wildheart barbarian class action only usable while using  Rage: Wolf Heart. It allows Wolf Heart barbarians to use their wolf-like anger to increase their allies' movement speed.

Description

Each ally within earshot can move an additional 3 m / 10 ft during their next turn.

Must be Enraged.
