Chill of the Mountain is an action that allows a to hit with cold damage and reduce the movement speed of their opponent. This action is the Monk's equivalent of .
Description
Call forth the cold mountain winds and reduce the target's movement speed by 3 m / 10 ft (ERROR: Distance not in metric!).
