Shadow Arts: Silence is a Way of Shadow monk class action. It allows a monk to summon a sphere of absolute quietness in an area within range. Creatures within this sphere are immune to ThunderThunder damage and cannot cast verbal spells.

Description

Create a sound-proof sphere. All within are SilencedSilenced and immune to ThunderThunder damage.
