Throw is a common Action that allows the user to throw certain Weapons, Consumables, environmental objects, and even other creatures.

- Triggers .
- Can be done as a free attack after triggering Extra Attack.
- Berserker Barbarian has an improved throwing ability called .
- Throw counts as a ranged unarmed attack.
- The feat improves throwing.
- Thrown objects and creatures will take falling damage if thrown from a sufficient height.
- Bound weapons of an Eldritch Knight, while receiving the Returning property when bound, will not receive the Thrown property if they don't already have it. This results in them not doing their full damage including any and all Elemental damage effects both from the weapon and other sources, such as from the Everburn Blade, Flawed Helldusk Gloves and Charge-Bound Warhammer.
- Kushigo's Might and Throwing Boost add bonus damage when you use this action.
