This action is a variant of Sphere of Elemental Balance Sphere of Elemental Balance. This variant allows Monks to hurl an orb of poison, dealing Poison damage and creating a Poison Surface.

Description

Hurl poisonous energy that damages the target and creates a bubbling surface to Poison Poison creatures.
