Fist Healer Pagnola is a Flaming Fist in Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Pagnola is stationed in the Lower City with Norys Norys and Togarr Togarr. They can be found patrolling the street south of The Blushing Mermaid between The Singing Lute and Beehive General Goods.
