Bloodfang is a Dire Wolf in the ballroom of Szarr Palace in Baldur's Gate 3. He is initially munching on the remains of a half-elf party guest.

Bloodfang joins combat against the party after they speak to  Blaise Hhune upon entering the ballroom.
