Involvement[edit section | visual editor]

Ulma is in the Gur Camp attending a funeral for the fallen from a recent assault on Cazador's palace. She leads the Gur, a group of monster hunters. Their children have been kidnapped by Cazador'sCazador's spawns, and are camped in Rivington as they plan to mount a rescue or seek revenge. Ulma asks the party to help defeat Cazador and discover the fate of their abducted children.

Once Cazador is defeated, Ulma and the Gur move near the waypoint in Cazador's Dungeon. She thanks the party for their assistance and provides her support for the final battle if the ritual is not completed, or attack if it is.

If AstarionAstarion was turned in to GandrelGandrel in Act One, then in Act Three Ulma and all her fellow Gur (except Gandrel) are dead.

If her corpse is communed with using Speak with DeadSpeak with Dead, she tells the party that the whole tribe was massacred by Cazador, who assaulted their camp to reclaim Astarion. She also provides some of the information that could otherwise be acquired through The Pale ElfThe Pale Elf quest.

Idle banter[edit section | visual editor]

In the Gur camp, Ulma chats with Dominica ArsetzDominica Arsetz and Pumler GrejitPumler Grejit:

  • Dominica Arsetz
Forgive me. I know tears will not bring our children back.
  • Ulma
There is nothing to forgive. It is only right to mourn.
  • Pumler Grejit
We shed tears today so we may shed blood tomorrow.
  • Dominica Arsetz
What will we do? There are so few of us left.
  • Ulma
Our strength was never numbers, but the bonds we share. And they are stronger than ever.
  • Pumler Grejit
As long as we stand together, we can never be truly broken.
  • Ulma
We let emotion cloud our judgement and it almost doomed us. We need strategy and cool heads.
  • Dominica Arsetz
Should we fortify the camp? Wait for the vampires to strike here?
  • Pumler Grejit
And let them marshal all their strength against us? I do not like our chances.
  • Pumler Grejit
Cazador's nest of serpents must be exterminated. Nothing less will do.
  • Dominica Arsetz
And if our children still live? What will happen to them if we attack?
  • Ulma
I share your fear, but we cannot build plans on fear. We will have to act, for all our sakes.
