If you happen to see my husband, do trip him up for me. Every day we do this bloody walk, and every day he wanders off.

Act Three[edit | edit source]

Martina and her partner Bertram Bertram were taking a walk in Bloomridge Park but became separated due to Bertram's quick jaunt. Bertram is determined to finish each walk and oblivious to leaving his wife behind. The party can interact with both Martina and Bertram to reunite them.

Idle banter[edit | edit source]

Martina: Oho - a new face in the park! How charming.

  • Bertram: First you worry about the guards, now you're chatting to every stranger we see - there's no time Martina! We must complete our walk!
    • Martina: Fine, darling. Fine. I apologise for my husband, he takes his 'daily constitutional' very seriously.

Bertram: No time to chat - we've a walk to finish! Forty-three years and I've never stopped short.

  • Martina: Yes, and my knees feel every year.

Martina: Good heavens - I think that's quite enough walking for today, Bertram.

  • Bertram: But... I've not missed my walk in forty three -
    • Martina: BERTRAM. HOME. NOW.

Martina: Oh, don't look so dour, Bertram. You can do two walks tomorrow to make up for it.
