Fist Ulinn is a human cleric and a member of the Flaming Fist. He can be found in the Lower City in Act Three.

Ulinn can only be encountered if the party take a long rest after dispatching the Bhaalists’ ambush near the park fountain, replacing 

If spoken to, Ulinn expresses wariness about the Steel Watch and also looks concerned with the dissonance of an automaton to the pocket of verdure it is guarding.
