Act Three

Gable can be found just outside the entrance to the circus. Gable wishes to see  Dribbles, but is afraid of  Benji. His father  Emmet tries to encourage him to enter, claiming that Benji is just a man in a costume, but Gable is not convinced.

  Dad, what's that monster?

• Emmet

  That's just a man in a costume. It's not real.

• Gable

  But costumes don't drool, dad.

• Emmet

  You want to see Dribbles the Clown, don't you?

• Gable

  Yeah...

• Emmet

  Then let's go inside - don't be scared.

• Gable

  Do you think Dribbles will have his animal friends with him?

• Emmet

  Of course - he never travels without his friends. Let's go!

  But the creepy monster thing...
