Medrash is a red dragonborn Bard at the Circus of the Last Days in Rivington in Act Three.

Medrash plays Bard Dance, or The Power after the fight against DribblesDribbles. A party member can join in with him if they have instrument proficiency, but Medrash will be too immersed in playing to talk.
