Rabbelle is among the crowd being riled up by Churg Elvek as he accuses Volo of lies and conspiracy theories. She can only be spoken to by entering stealth and then interacting with her. If a party member triggers the cutscene, Churg and his crew light the flammable liquid on fire and attack the party while Rabbelle – along with the other civilians in the crowd – runs away and disappears for good.
