Servant Asthena shows up at the Grey Harbour Docks west of the Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City once all three Netherstones have been collected by the party. Once the party approach, she is forcefully transformed into a Mind Flayer by  Ceremorphosis together with  Marie Taylira and  Tailor Vhynce.
