Churg Elvek is a Human in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. He is near the Grey Harbour Docks, fomenting a mob of people ready to bring VoloVolo to "justice".
Today, citizens, we rid ourselves of this cankerous sore. Today, we burn away all falsehoods. Today, we will be divided no longer, for today we rise in TRUTH!

Act Three[edit section | visual editor]

As the party approach the Steel Watch Foundry, they can come across Churg Elvek and his mob, as well as Volo who is tied up to several Smokepowder Barrels. Upon approach, a cutscene plays out where Churg accusses Volo of harmful lies, conspiracies and fear mongering. The party can intervene or draw their weapons after which Churg and his mob attack.

If MinscMinsc is present, he comments on the situation and a fight begins.
