Tailor Vhynce shows up at the docks west of the Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City once all three Netherstones have been collected by the party. Once the party approach, he is forcefully transformed into a Mind Flayer by  Ceremorphosis together with  Marie Taylira and  Servant Asthena.
