Magical Secrets is a class and subclass feature that allows Bards to learn Spells from other classes that aren't normally accessible to Bards. However, not all spells are available. This feature is unlocked at level 10, and 
College of Lore Bards gain an additional access to Magical Secrets earlier, at level 6, but with lower-level spells.
