Tailor Vhynce will show up at the docks west of the Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City once the party has collected all three Netherstones. Once the party comes near, he will be forcefully transformed into a Mind Flayer by using Ceremorphosis together with Marie Taylira and Servant Asthena.
