The Apostle of Myrkul is a powerful enemy that serves as the final boss of Act Two. The Dream Visitor refers to him as the Avatar of Myrkul himself, the god of death, that rises after the death of Ketheric Thorm.
Combat
Abilities and Attacks
Scythe of Myrkul (Main Weapon): Deal 6~28 (2d12+4) Slashing Damage. Grants Reaper's Scythe ability.
Consume the Faithful: The Apostle of Myrkul consumes a Necromite's soul to gain the ability to cast .
Call of the Damned: Force all creatures within 167 ft. / 50 m. to roll a Constitution Saving Throw. Those who fail take 7~28 Necrotic Damage, and be pulled towards the Apostle.
Cold Embrace: Lash out with bone-cold hands. Deal 10~44 (2d8+4 Slashing, 4d6 Cold) Damage.
Reaper's Scythe: The Apostle swings its weapon in a large arc that knocks targets back 10 ft./3 m. Deals 9~40 (2d12+4 Slashing, 3d4 Necrotic) Damage.
Gaze of the Dead: Cast your empty eyes towards a creature Frighten it for 2 turns. Deals 4-32 Necrotic Damage. CON save. Bonus action.
