Grymforge is a Location in the Underdark in Chapter One.

Location Summary

This ancient, long-abandoned fortress houses the legendary Adamantine Forge and is accessible by traversing the Ebonlake using the Zurkhwood Skiffs at the Underdark Beach.

Access

Grymforge is found in the Underdark.

Primary entry to Grymforge is through the Decrepit Village X: TBD Y: TBD by taking the skiff on the beach docks. Alternate entry is not possible.

"Ancient Forge"

Main article: Abandoned Refuge

To the far south of Grymforge, you can find access to Abandoned Refuge and the 'Underdark - Ancient Forge' Waypoint. It can only be accessed via the upper-level grating, or via a magical effect such as Misty Step or Fly. Continuing on this route eventually leads to The Admantine Forge.

"Duergar Encampment"

The Duergar do not dwell in the entirety of Grymforge. They have setup in this locations central area, and are primarily contained on the floor levels.

"Abandoned Temple"

This area is primarily accessed through the upper floors of Grymforge, and primarily occupies the northeast region of the location map. You can find Palmoleen in these depths, along with dangerous creatures such as jelly and hellboars.
