The Poisoner's set is a set of equipment that helps the user do Damage TypesPoison damage or inflict Poisoned Poisoned. It consists of the following pieces:

  • Bugged; the weapon action does not appear for the player.
Inject Nostrum Inject Nostrum ()

Inject an enemy with the mysterious liquid in your syringe and possibly Poison Poison them.

Poison Mist Poison Mist ()

On a hit, deal extra Damage TypesPoison damage equal to your proficiency bonus and surround the target in a noxious cloud that possibly Poisons Poisons those within it.

Handmaiden's Mace

  • Deal an additional 1d6Damage TypesPoison damage.
  • Set the wearer's Strength score to 18. The enchantment has no effect if their Strength score is higher without it.

Poisoner's Robe

When the wearer casts a spell that deals Damage TypesPoison damage, it deals an additional 1d4Damage TypesPoison damage.

Armour of the Sporekeeper

The wearer gains a +1 bonus to Spell Save DC and when dealing Damage TypesNecrotic damage, they deal an additional 1Damage TypesNecrotic Damage.
Spore Sacks
While imbued with Symbiotic Entity Symbiotic Entity, you can spread Bibberbang Spores Bibberbang Spores, Timmask Spores Timmask Spores, and Haste Spores Haste Spores.

Poisoner's Gloves

Whenever you deal Damage TypesPoison damage, the target needs to succeed a Constitution saving throw or become Poisoned Poisoned.

Broodmother's Revenge

Whenever the wearer is healed, their weapon becomes coated in magic and deals an additional 1d6Damage TypesPoison damage.

Poisoner's Ring
