Frenzy is a Berserker Berserker Bonus Action that is a superset of Rage. This ability turns the Berserker's anger into an uncontrollable fury and grants additional abilities in addition to those from Rage. Wearing Heavy Armour triggers the Rage Impeded Rage Impeded Condition, removing some benefits of Frenzy.

Description

Available only in combat.

Your Rage turns into a frenzy! You gain Frenzied Strike Frenzied Strike and Enraged Throw Enraged Throw. You can also make an Improvised Melee Weapon Improvised Melee Weapon as a bonus action.

You have Resistance to physical damage, and Advantage Icon.png Advantage on Strength Checks and Saving Throws.

Rage ends early if you don't attack an enemy or take damage each turn.

You can't cast or concentrate on spells while raging.
