Goblin Camp[edit | edit source]

Abdirak resides inside the Shattered Sanctum next to the torture room. He offers the player peace and serenity through pain. If accepted, Abdirak will strike the player several times. If he is pleased with their performance, he will bless them with the permanent bonus Loviatar's Love Loviatar's Love. In order to gain this bonus, the player will need to be hit three times and pass each subsequent performance/intimidation roll or fail the Constitution roll (following the Monk dialogue options through the end of the encounter will not grant the bonus). If the player reads On Receiving Her Grace, found on the nearby table, they will unlock the dialogue option "I saw your book. Let me try some of those techniques". This can be used to the player's advantage by planning ahead to reduce damage taken. For example, selecting the axe option and casting Blade Ward or equipping the Amulet of the Unworthy[note 1] to gain Slashing resistance.

Defeat the goblins[edit | edit source]

Abdirak will leave the sanctum if the goblin leaders are killed. He can be found during the fight standing in front of a burrow contemplating that he is too big to fit to escape. He will be carrying the Ritual Dagger and Ritual Axe on him from the Bloodied Shrine.
