Trynn

Trynn is a halfling dedicated to Tyr during Act One. She is hunting for Karlach with her companions along The Risen Road.

Involvement

Act One

Trynn can be encountered in the Risen Road Toll House with her companions, Anders and Cyrel, all of whom claim allegiance to Tyr.

If the party question her about gold in the Toll House, Trynn reveals a locked door leading to the basement.

If Karlach is present in the party, then Trynn, Anders, and Cyrel become hostile.

Your attack summons thorny vines that possibly  Ensnare your target.

Ensnared creatures cannot move and take 1d6Piercing damage at the start of each turn. An ally can use their  Help action to try and tear away the vines.

Trynn will occasionally chat with Anders:

Anders: Cut it out. There's worse than gnolls out there.

• Trynn: Nothing we need to worry about.
  • Anders: How about a dragon? Would that worry you?
    • Trynn: I'd give it a bloody good fight, that's for sure.
      • Anders: Ha! Only thing you'd give a dragon is bad gas.

Notes

• In the Early Access version of the game, there was another companion of Anders, named Rurik. He was removed in the Release version.
