IgnoreVisionBlock (spell flag)

IgnoreVisionBlock is a spell flag which determines whether an action can target an unseen position or creature. Normally, actions cannot target anything hidden inside a cloud of  Darkness or  Fog, but actions with this flag can. For example, it is possibly to  Jump into and out of a darkness cloud since the action has the IgnoreVisionBlock flag, but it is not possible to do the same with  Misty Step since it lacks the flag.

Actions with this flag are also unaffected by the normal range reduction from  Blinded.
