Lady Croup
Lady Croup is a member of the Ladies Court, one of Nine-Fingers' elite bodyguards and part of the Guild.[1]

Croup is in the Guildhall during Act Three.
Lady Croup can be summoned as an ally through Gather Your Allies variant Guildmaster Keene's Fixers, if the party completes Aid the Underduke and sides with the Guild.

Inspire an ally to go beyond their capabilities with your performance. They can add a 
Limit a foe's sight range. It is easier to hit, and the creature will miss more often.
Attack rolls against it have Advantage and the foe attacks with Disadvantage.
All targets within the light turn visible, and Attack Rolls against them have Advantage.
Deal an extra 1d6 damage to a foe you have Advantage against.
You can also use Sneak Attack if you have an ally within 1.5 m (5 ft) of the target and you don't have Disadvantage.
